Iulian is an existential psychotherapist active in private practice while finishing the last details of his doctoral thesis. He is particularly passionate about finding ways to work therapeutically with people who have diverse gender and sexual identities. In this sense, his thesis focuses on cross-dressing, and it touches on issues surrounding identity, gender and sexuality.
During the last couple of years, Iulian has been studying, working and volunteering as a support worker and as a therapist across different settings including NHS, private and voluntary sector.
In the past, he has worked with depression and anxiety within the IAPT in the NHS, bereavement and loss as part of Brent Bereavement Services, with young people (16-25) as part of No5, and with gender and sexually diverse clients as part of Support U in Reading.
When he is not seeing clients, he likes to take care of his garden, to play computer games and to watch documentaries about astronomy and animals.
