Unfortunately, if sessions are not cancelled in advance within this period full payment for the session is required.

All information, calls and e-mail enquiries are treated with strict confidentiality.

All counselling & psychotherapy sessions are confidential. Exceptions include situations where I have serious concern that you might be in immediate danger of hurting yourself or someone else.

 

Also, there are a number of situations where I might be required by law to break confidentiality.

In all situations I will attempt to discuss the situation with you, if possible before taking further actions.

As a professional psychotherapist & counsellor I abide by a strict ethical code, informed by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

This is in place to protect and safeguard both the therapist and the client.

​

​I believe that everyone should be able to access affordable and effective mental health care. In this sense,  I am able to offer a limited number of psychotherapy sessions at a reduced cost.

​

Any concessions will be subject to availability and will be entirely offered at my discretion. Please note that there may be a waiting list for concessionary spots.
